How to avoid back pain? I spend many time at the computer.

Do stretch exercises for at-least 20 min daily twice:
before Getting up from Bed and before your Dinner at night.
Also take 5 minutes break [ walk ] at-least after every 2 hours of regular sitting.
Do not bend and pull up object rather fold your knees and then do any pickup.
