Launch of the 100 Open Startups program in India at the IIIF 2016 in Bangalore

We would like to announce the launch of our unique global Open Innovation platform, 100 Open Startups in India this year at the upcoming IIIF 2016 event in Bangalore between Sept 9th to 11th.

The 100 Open Startups program has been running in Brazil for the past 9 years and the process methodology was jointly developed and created by Haas School of Business, Berkeley and 40 large corporations like Intel, IBM, HP, J&J and others. Today, there are 200 large corporations that are engaged in creation of the Grand Challenges in 21 verticals like Innovative cities, Healthcare & Wellbeing, Fintech, Pharma, Oil & Gas, and Agriculture to name some of them. The executives of these large corporations are also involved in the evaluation of the startups that apply.

The Startups that apply are ranked from 1 to 100 through a rigorous crowd evaluation process making them the most valuable in that country or region. The Crowd evaluators comprise entrepreneurs, Corporate executives, panel of experts from Universities, Research Institutions, scout investors, angels, VCs and others in the startup ecosystem. These startups in the process sign direct contracts with large corporations that evaluated them and also source investments from Angels, VCs and Corporate venture funds making this an unique global open innovation ecosystem for startups.

Please pass this information to everyone in your network so that they can benefit from the same. Let us help the Startups in India connect globally.

Please contact us for any additional information.

If you are a Startup please apply here and request other startups in your network to do likewise:
