Success story of EdTech startup company

CHENNAI: Edtech startup SP Robotics has embarked on a project to set up 150 maker labs across the country. With 20 of them already operational, another 11 are in the process of being set up. The SP Robotics Maker Labs offer school and college students an opportunity to learn robotics, IoT, image processing, virtual reality amongst other related topics. Through a franchise model, the startup is using a smart class enabled set-up to empower the franchise owner to maintain the technical standards that the startup follows. They have college students, former IT professionals and businessmen who are already running such labs for us. They are interested in the practical side to science and want to spread the joy of creating something new and useful. It helps expand the Maker -Lab community of SP Robotics. Franchise owners are expected to arrange for space of 750-1000 sq ft and set up a basic computer lab like facility. SP Robotics then handholds them with the smart class facilities, operational requirements and training methods
